Ingredients

600g beef stew meat
3 large potatoes cubed
3 carrots rough cut
1 onion chopped, or use pre-made soffritto mix
1 can tomato sauce
2 cups broth
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt + pepper
1 tbsp Italian seasoning or mixed herbs

Steps

Saute aromatics 3 tbsp garlic, chopped onion or soffritto in IP
Add all ingredients 600g beef, potatoes, carrots, 1 can tomato sauce, 2 cups broth, 2 tbps Worcestershire, 1 tbsp salt and pepper, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Seal IP and cook on high, 35 min + natural release
