  * 600g beef stew meat
  * 3 large ++potatoes|cubed++
  * 3 ++carrots|rough cut++
  * 1 ++onion|chopped, or use pre-made soffritto mix++
  * 1 can tomato sauce
  * 2 cups broth
  * 3 tbsp minced garlic
  * 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  * 1 tbsp olive oil
  * 1 tbsp salt + pepper
  * 1 tbsp ++Italian seasoning | or mixed herbs++


===== Steps =====
  - Saute ++aromatics| 3 tbsp garlic, chopped onion or soffritto++ in IP
  - Add ++all ingredients| 600g beef, potatoes, carrots, 1 can tomato sauce, 2 cups broth, 2 tbps Worcestershire, 1 tbsp salt and pepper, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning++ 
  - Seal IP and cook on high, 35 min + natural release
