  * Large pot
  
  
===== Ingredients =====
  * ~500g mild italian ++sausage| ground or casing removed++
  * ~1 liter chicken ++stock | 1 quart++
  * 1 package ++tortellini | ~300g or 10oz++
  * 1 can crushed ++ tomatoes | ~400g or 15oz++
  * 1 cup heavy ++ cream | 200ml++
  * 1 yellow ++onion | roughly chopped ++
  * 2 handful ++leafy greens| chopped kale, spinach, etc++
  * 3 tbsp chopped garlic
  * 2 tbsp tomato ++paste | 30g++
  * 1 tsp salt


===== Steps =====
  - Saute onions, garlic, and ++sausage | until sausage browned, onions translucent++. Drain excess fat, season with salt. 
  - Add ++stock, tomatoes, and tomato paste| 1 box stock, 1 can crushed tomatoes, 2 tbsp paste++ and simmer 15 min. 
  - Stir in greens, tortellini, and cream; simmer 3-5 minutes
