  * Pan for frying
  
  
===== Ingredients =====
  * 2 cups frozen peas
  * 1 cup oil (for frying)
  * 1/2 cup ++ milk| can sub nut/grain milk or water++
  * 1/4 cup flour
  * 1/4 cup corn starch
  * 1 tbsp garlic powder
  * 1 tsp salt
  * 1 tsp pepper
  * (optional) 1 cup shredded cheese
  * (optional) Tzatziki sauce for dip


===== Steps =====
  - Mix everything __**except oil**__ to form a very ++loose batter|it won't hold together but will set in pan++
  - Add 2 tbsp oil to pan over medium-high heat
  - Scoop one/two spoonfuls of "batter" into the oil and nudge into round shape
  - When bottom layer is crusty and solid, flip and fry other side
  - Repeat, add oil as needed, serve
